Dr. Cham was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. She began her career as a registered nurse, working in acute medicine, critical care, IV therapy and PICC teams. She taught nursing as a clinical instructor with the UBC School of Nursing from 2005 - 2014, at hospitals throughout the Lower Mainland. She continued her education in naturopathic medicine which focuses on health promotion, prevention and treatment of acute and chronic illness, and optimization of human performance. She has a special interest in sports medicine. After completing her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, she took courses with the American Association of Orthopaedic Medicine for prolotherapy and PRP training.
Dr. Cham moved to Pemberton, BC to realize a lifelong dream of living in the mountains she loves. At least in part due to her experience, Dr. Cham is dedicated to practicing integrative medicine. She is certified in pharmaceutical prescribing, IV therapy, prolotherapy and PRP, and neural therapy. She has continued to teach IV therapy to health care professionals as a certified member of the Canadian Vascular Access Association. Her passion is helping each person live a healthier, more energetic, and vibrant life.
When not working, Dr. Cham can be found skiing, biking, paddleboarding, or hiking in the Sea to Sky. She also volunteers as a member of the UBC Women's Hockey Alumni Executive, has been a volunteer Whistler Mountain ski patroller since 2019, and an RCMP Auxiliary member since 2005.

My name is Lisa Rickli, and I am a professional counsellor working in Whistler, British Columbia. During my 10-year career in human resources, I realized that I enjoy helping and supporting people. I learned that I connect with people easily and create mutual trust quickly. I often had staff—some who didn’t know me well—come to speak with me about issues or challenges they were having at work or in their personal lives. This started me thinking about how I could provide more support to people. That curiosity led me back to school to complete my Professional Counselling Diploma, Youth and Family Certificate, and Counselling for Intimacy in Relationships Certificate.
I currently volunteer for the RCMP’s Victim Services program, which supports people who have experienced a traumatic event. I feel very privileged to have the opportunity to support people who access this program.
I came to Whistler to work one winter, and like many, I fell in love with the environment, the community, and the people. After 24 years of living here, I still feel grateful to be able to live in such a beautiful place with my husband and son. I enjoy cross country and downhill skiing, trail running, and biking. My family and I enjoy many outdoor activities together; for us, it is a great way to connect and talk.
I provide compassionate, empathic, warm and inclusive counselling services for youth, adults, couples, and families.
I believe that we are all faced with challenges during different times in our lives and finding the right support to navigate those experiences can make a big difference. I see counselling as a tool for enhancing one’s mental and emotional health, encouraging growth and building resilience.

Dr. Cham practices naturopathic medicine for the whole family. Treatments are available for gut health, food sensitivities, autoimmune conditions, stress, sleep, and energy issues, and many acute and chronic conditions. She uses clinical nutrition, supplements, herbs, IV therapy, and injection therapies. A variety of lab tests are available for allergies, hormones, and more. Dr. Cham is also certified in pharmaceutical prescribing.
Dr. Cham offers a wide range of IV vitamin therapies. Popular drips are for energy, immunity, athletic recovery, stress, or hangovers. Custom drips are available for cancer patients in collaboration with your oncology team, as well as for many other health care needs. IV therapy can be the quickest way to boost micronutrient levels and support your healing journey.
Prolotherapy and PRP can be highly effective, less invasive modalities for treatment of joint injuries and pain.
These injections use solutions targeting areas of pain and promoting healing in tendons and ligaments to increase joint stability. These treatments are used increasingly in sports medicine, and are approved by WADA for use in the Olympics.
